Payments:

     Payment is required within a week of sale.    We accept Visa, Master card, PayPal, American Express, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders.  You should receive products within one to two weeks once payment is received.

Returns:

     When return or exchange items. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost.

     Return items will be charged  15% for restock fee to your account.  Wheels and tires must be properly boxed and sent back fully insured for the replacement cost.  All damaged returns will be denied credit.

Responsibilities:

      The purchaser has the responsibility to inspect and report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item or items.  No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of shipment.  The claims require the original packaging materials.  No returns will be accepted once the wheel set has been mounted on your vehicle.  Return must be prior authorized by Hottest Chrome Rims.
